Tokens are a virtual currency used within the Aashi Nyra platform. Tokens have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to other users. All token purchases are final and non-refundable.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for cancelled subscriptions.
Booking a "priority interaction" means purchasing a slot for an AI-generated personalised response. All responses are created by artificial intelligence. Response windows are estimates and not guaranteed.
You agree not to: (a) share or redistribute platform content; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer any AI system; (c) use the platform for any illegal purpose; (d) circumvent any access controls or age verification.
All content on this platform, including AI-generated images and videos, is owned by Aashi Nyra and its licensors. Purchasing access or tokens does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aashi Nyra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
